At Lonestar-Academy, we are committed to coaching and training young athletes in baseball and softball. Our methods are specifically designed to enhance key athletic attributes, including bat speed and power, pitch velocity and selection, strength, agility, advanced fielding techniques, hitting mechanics, and more. Our programs and training are supported by over 35 years of proven experience from former professional players and coaches.

Greg Trottier is the visionary leader behind Lonestar Academy, where aspiring baseball and softball players ignite their passion and unlock their true potential. From an early age, Trottier recognized the profound influence that sports, particularly baseball, can have on personal growth both on and off the field.
This realization fueled his lifelong commitment to the game, leading him to a professional career in baseball and coaching at various levels. With years of experience as a player, coach, and trainer, Trottier possesses a deep understanding of the game’s intricacies and the unique needs of developing athletes.
